The MLS system is very effective and with a quick google search you can see your property appearing in dozens of websites within 24 hours.

of search results

Realtor.ca is the best known website across Canada, but here in BC REW.ca is the most visited website for real estate searches in the lower mainland.


I have an Agent Market Pro subscription with REW guaranteeing my listings appear first when potential buyers search for properties like yours.


REW search results also contain more locally focused information, such as proximity to transit and elementary and secondary schools.

More than ever, potential buyers are finding properties through social media. Searches are beginning when people see properties their friends and colleagues have liked or shared, and they follow up to learn more.


I am active across all major social media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn - and profile your property on ALL of these sites.


But I don’t stop there.


Facebook and Instagram have a powerful, targeted advertising platform that I leverage to further expose your property to potential buyers.


I run ads and boosted posts in advance of your Open House showings to drive interest and attendance.
